Minors and people filmed. Videos may show players, including minors. We process them only on behalf of whoever uploads the video, who must have the consent of the people filmed or of whoever holds parental responsibility (see the terms, section 8). Recognition is only used to attribute actions to shirt numbers: we don't use biometric data to identify people.

Model improvement. Only if you give consent at sign-up, we use the videos you upload and the analysis results to train and improve our models. The videos stay on our analysis server in Italy, are not published or passed on to third parties, and the models are not used to recognise who a person is, only what happens on the court. Consent is optional: without it, the service works the same way. You can give or withdraw it at any time from the app (Settings → Privacy, "Impostazioni → Privacy") or by writing to [email protected]. After withdrawal we no longer use your videos for training and, if you close your account, the matches on the server are deleted; models already trained before the withdrawal, however, can't be made to "unlearn". Whoever uploads a video must have the consent of the people filmed, or of the parents for minors, for this use too.
